The mother comes to my practice with her 11-year-old girl - she seems tearful and exhausted. She tells me that her daughter has never been able to lie, sit or stand still since birth. Since she has been going to school, she has also developed tics: twitching all over her body and various movements that she cannot control.
She tells me that she is considering giving her medication after she has tried so much but nothing has helped.
I ask the mother what the pregnancy was like? She starts to cry and tells me that the pregnancy was really bad: she spends the 26th - 36th week of pregnancy in hospital because her baby's heartbeat keeps dropping. Several times a day she pushes the baby in her belly and says: “Please move!”
As therapy, I explained to the girl that she no longer needed this survival program “Move-yourself” and that she now needed to keep moving so that she could continue living.
I also gave her a Recollection Relax treatment - a human-energetic method I developed to free conflicts on a physical and emotional level from the cell memory.
After three months, the mother called me and told me that the abnormal urge to move had stopped the next day and had not returned. The tics subsided over the course of two weeks. Her girl is now much more relaxed and in a better mood.

Thank you Alexandra for your impressive experience report. The cause was the coding: “I have to move in order to be alive.” - The mother was only sure that her daughter was alive when she moved. Decoding through awareness and a special method used by Alexandra led to healing.

The mother and the child may have activated one or more motor conflicts by the stipulation that the child must move. The same applies to the constant nudging and urging to move. If there are several conflicts on both sides of the body, we speak of a motor constellation that leads to hyperactivity as long as the conflicts are active.
