A boy (12 years old) has a terrible argument with his mother. It's about helping around the house:
His mother asks him to help with a specific gardening task (bringing a bucket of fresh soil), to which he responds very cheekily and rudely (‘I don't do that kind of work’). Shortly afterwards, he also makes demands (extra computer game time), whereupon his mother finally loses her temper and explains to him very clearly and sternly how rude, antisocial and hurtful his behaviour is. An argument ensues. After the boy has ‘calmed down’ again, he realises what his words have caused. He asks his mother for forgiveness. On the same day, the first small herpes blisters form around his mouth.
This upsets him so much that he constantly rubs them with his jumper sleeve → Resulting conflict: ‘I don't want this on my skin.’
→ Within a few days, the entire area around his mouth is covered in herpes. There is no improvement in sight because he is constantly annoyed by it.
Finally, the vicious circle can be stopped by colloidal silver, which he gets as a spray and can spray on his face as desired (instead of rubbing the painful areas). Within a few hours, the skin condition already improves. After 1-2 days, the severe skin reaction is completely healed.

Herpes blisters around the mouth are caused by an oral separation conflict.
In most cases, it involves contact that one does not want in this area—often with things that one finds disgusting (being licked by a dog, drinking from an unwashed glass, an animal crawling over it, being kissed against one's will, or as a local follow-up conflict due to disturbing symptoms on the lip, as in this case of the vicious circle).

The (upper) lip is also often associated with kissing (i.e., a separation conflict related to this area).
The (lower) lip is also involved in speech and articulation, as it plays a greater role in sound formation. This variant fits very well with the case report described. In other words, an oral separation conflict of the ectodermal skin around the lips due to the way the boy formulated/articulated his complaints and demands (with his lips).
