Transparency and quality criteria
In their search for a causal understanding of diseases and symptoms, therapists and counselors from a wide variety of fields are discovering the 5BN and taking a closer look at it: psychologists, doctors, alternative practitioners, healers, energy therapists, massage therapists, coaches, nutritionists, and many more.
Some have studied 5BN/GNM on their own, while others have attended seminars or more extensive training courses with Nicolas Barro, Biologika, Meta-Health, Biologisches Heilwissen, Recall Healing, or other seminar leaders.
Some apply the findings of the 5BN almost exclusively in their consultations, while others continue to use their various other methods such as EFT, Emotion Code, Matrix Reimprinting, hypnosis, yoga, craniosacral therapy, TCM, homeopathy, naturopathy, The Work, Reiki, autogenic training, Dorn therapy, shamanism, osteopathy, quantum healing, etc., and combine these with the findings of 5BN, or only incorporate the knowledge of 5BN in a secondary manner.
Some engage in precise, analytical causal research and/or seek realistic, practical solutions, while others work more intuitively, using kinesiology tests or various energy methods to identify causes or bring about solutions.
=> The services offered are therefore extremely varied and diverse, and there will certainly be some that are very suitable for some people, but also some that are extremely unsuitable. For this reason, since September 2025, “Disease is Different” has introduced new transparency levels to help match clients and therapists who are compatible with each other and thus minimize disappointment. Higher levels do not mean that the therapists are “better” than those at lower levels, but only that you get a better insight into their approach in advance and that, from level 3 onwards, there is definitely a high 5BN focus.
Here is an overview of what is required for the respective transparency levels:
Level 1
- The data entered in the list is sufficiently up to date (has been updated within the last 2 years).
Level 2
- At least one 5BN/GNM experience report has been uploaded to the experience report archive, which illustrates the work with the client and the 5BN (and, of course, represents a beautiful 5BN experience report).
- The 5BN education field has been precisely completed, and it is clear who provided the training and/or further education and up to what level it was participated.
- The field regarding the sale of products (e.g., dietary supplements, oils, ointments, devices, etc.) has been completed.
- Furthermore, the practitioner has confirmed the following statements:
- Yes, I am roughly familiar with all natural laws and conflict contents and am able to determine the affected tissue and special program (if necessary, by looking up) in the case of existing symptoms.
- Yes, I can recognize a medical emergency, I know and communicate my limits when a symptom could become dangerous and I cannot handle the problem.
- Yes, I can support clients in conflict resolution in some way.
Level 3
- At least three or more 5BN experience reports have been added to the experience report archive
- The practitioner has also confirmed the following statement:
- 5BN/GNM represents the focus of my practice — other methods may help with analysis, conflict resolution, or symptom management. Clients who expect solid 5BN/GNM knowledge from me and expect answers to related questions will not be disappointed.
Level 4
- At least one additional experience report will be added to the experience report archive annually to provide current insights into successful cases.
- One of the following three options, through which some insight into the work has been provided or is possible:
- The practitioner has successfully participated in 5BN supervisions or peer intervisions/case consultations several times (opportunities for this are only slowly emerging).
- The practitioner has at least five client reviews with an average of over 4 stars (e.g. on Google).
- The practitioner has uploaded a video in which he presents his work with clients in detail, ideally with a case study.
