The patient (male, 42, RH) married his neighbour, who was also his childhood sweetheart. Himself a farmer from a large family, he lives according to very conservative values. Many children (heirs to the farm) are traditionally anchored in his family and are also expected by his parents. Of course, he wanted to live up to this expectation, so he and his wife planned to have at least three children. But so far, they've only had one son. So, for the last 8 years, they've been trying ‘desperately’ to have a second child. His wife really wanted more kids, just like him, or at least that's what he thought.

One day, he secretly discovered an opened blister pack of his wife's contraceptive pills. This caused him deep shock, and as a result, there was considerable discord in the household. During several arguments, it became increasingly clear that his wife's plans had changed, or had never been in line with his, which he had already suspected at the time. After that, he got prostate cancer, which caused him a lot of problems. (PSA level was 14 ng/ml / Gleason score was 7 (3+4) / tumour was clearly noticeable, about 2 cm big) The doctors strongly advised him to have surgery, but he refused because his whole family hardly ever goes to the doctor and everyone has always been super healthy. (They were natural people, after all.) After it turned out that his wife was having an affair, the couple separated just under 1.5 years after the big row. His wife moved out, his son stayed with him and was raised by his grandparents, growing up on the family estate.

The patient suffered greatly from the separation, had depression in the meantime, and saw his entire life plan jeopardised. Miraculously, a Romanian harvest worker joined the annual asparagus harvest last year. The two were very interested in each other, had a lot in common, and quickly fell in love. There were, of course, some ‘initial difficulties’ when it came to sex. The discomfort ‘down there’ became more severe and painful, his urine was cloudy and sometimes even bloody. He was worried he might have caught a sexually transmitted disease, but neither he nor his partner tested positive for anything. His sister is a naturopath and kinesiologist. She gave him several sessions and treatments, but nothing helped. She was familiar with New Medicine and had already attended a basic seminar, so she finally sent him to me.

When we met, we were able to figure out pretty quickly and accurately what had happened. The contraceptive pill was found in April 2023 (DHS moment and start of SBS), the elevated levels were detected at the end of 2023, palpable and escalating levels and the advice to have surgery were just before Christmas 2024, i.e. active CA (conflict active). He was lovesick and depressed, felt ‘emasculated’ and worthless, why he had no ambition to have surgery in all the futility. Then the solution came in the summer of 2025 during the asparagus harvest with his new love (start of PCL phase with cell breakdown and pain, cloudy, partly bloody urine). The symptoms improved over time, at the end of 2025 his new great love moved in with him with her daughter, and they want to get married this year. So in a very short time, he not only got a new, very loving wife, but also a daughter on top of that. Conflict resolved! His PSA levels are now almost within the normal range, the ‘club’ is now only pea-sized, and the patient enjoys nightly, sweat-soaked bedding. (Night sweats as a sign of the endoderm follow-up phase). If everything remains as happy as it is now, the last symptoms should disappear by next summer.

Interesting: Dr. Hamer described the conflict associated with prostate cancer as a ‘genital/semi-genital, ugly conflict’ involving issues of masculinity, reproduction, filthiness and incompetence. All of this applies here. During the PCL/healing/follow-up phase, there is a risk of returning to the ‘unmanly, infertile’ track if new conflicts arise from painful sex and urination. For this reason, it is extremely rare for the tumour to disappear completely; in most cases, it remains, but in the best case (which we find here), it shrinks and, if it is not disturbing or painful, surgery is no longer necessary. Since sexuality/potency is often a very conflicting issue for men (‘being a man’) and things often do not immediately go smoothly in bed during the PCL phase, we often find recurrences (WKA or RKA) or follow-up conflicts of self-esteem (bones) as well as liver and lungs (survival conflicts, e.g. if the wife also earns money and the existence is threatened, or the classic lung cancer triggered by fear of death). In the past and even today, this is misinterpreted as ‘metastasis’ or ‘spread’. In the case of prostate problems, men affected must pay particular attention to their self-esteem in order to avoid follow-up conflicts.
