In June 2023, the gynecological check-up concluded that there was absolute normality.

In June 2024, she presented with a cyst in the right ovary measuring 4cm in diameter, suffering from the conflict of losing her father. She decided to wait and not undergo chemotherapy treatment suggested by the doctors.

In June 2025, she also presented with calcifications in the left ovary, suffering from the conflict of losing her mother and her dog.

The ultrasounds in June 2024 showed that the cyst in the right ovary was filled with liquid and was in the conflictolysis phase; subsequent ultrasounds showed a solid cyst at another point in the conflictolysis phase.

Tumor markers began to appear in June 2025. When the ovary was being rebuilt with functional ovarian tissue.

In October 2025, a CT scan shows that the ovarian tumors are not adhered to the surrounding organs.

In November 2025, they perform the surgery, removing the right ovary, which is 18cm in diameter and the left ovary, which is 6cm in diameter, and the uterus.

The doctors tell her that she has been lucky, the ovarian tumors did not have adhesions to the surrounding organs, and they were able to perform a very conservative surgery.

Since we are facing a conflict of multiple loss: the father, the mother and the dog, both ovaries have suffered tissue changes and have done so at different times, one before the other.

More than 9 months have passed from June 2024 to November 2025, this has made it possible for the ovaries to have developed their own vascular system and not have adhesions to the surrounding organs, which has made it easier for the surgical intervention to be limited to removing the ovaries and uterus.

The chronology of SBS has been as follows:

The Active Phase began in September 2023: her father had to undergo emergency surgery for several tumors in the urinary bladder; the right ovary presented the changes shown in the gynecological check-up of June 2024.

Months later, the mother fell and broke her pelvis and the dog presented serious health problems and is over 14 years old; the left ovary began to show changes that were shown in the gynecological check-up of June 2025.

In September 2025, she entered the epileptoid phase and then presented abdominal pain, which radiated to the kidney, abdominal swelling and night sweats. There was an increase in tumor markers, indicators of ovarian cell regeneration.

The reinterpretation of death makes it easier for her to live the risk of death of her parents and the dog with acceptance and serenity.

In March 2026 she is completely recovered from the surgical intervention.
