Description

For the past two or three days, I have noticed a muscle flutter, i.e., small, uncontrolled twitches, under my left eye. It is neither very intense nor long-lasting, but I notice it. It is not the eyelid itself that is affected, but rather an area on the cheekbone.
I begin to wonder what might be causing it. At this point, I am not aware of anything that could be the cause. I think about where I might have had a drop in self-esteem. Or where I might have felt exposed. To feel again where exactly this “fluttering” spot is, I touch it with my fingers and in that moment it dawns on me.
I had an encapsulated grain of semolina in exactly this spot for several months. Not big. Not serious. But it annoyed me. I didn't like that my body had to walk around with it, even though I rarely thought about it. It particularly annoyed me to feel the bump and know that something was out of place (not with my appearance, but with my inner balance or the harmony of my body). I couldn't remove it either. That would have meant damaging my skin.
A few days ago, however, the area swelled up a little and formed a scab on the upper layer of skin, so I was finally able to open it up and remove it. I felt very relieved that my body was now rid of it.

This means that there must have been a SWE in this spot before, which then caused the semolina grain to form during the healing phase. I vaguely remember that there was a blackhead there that I wanted to remove but couldn't. The skin was probably slightly injured in the process, and I found it disgusting that my skin had to have this “crap” in it. Then the swelling came and the encapsulation formed. The fact that it remained there for so long was certainly due to the fact that I kept noticing it and didn't like it, so the blackhead SWE couldn't heal completely. A few days ago, the capsule finally opened (I don't know what the specific solution point was, though), and with great relief, this local issue was finally off the table. The healing of the affected tissue in the area, which was already underway, is now entering its final phase – with “fluttering” as small local healing crises (epicrises) of the muscles and nerves directly under the former capsule. One or two days later, it will have disappeared completely.

Why did it affect the muscles/motor function? I suspect that it was a motor conflict or a motor self-esteem conflict, “not being able to get rid of the thing.” I couldn't free myself from it. I apparently felt rather incapable of acting to free myself from it. It also had something to do with movement in real life: not being able to get rid of it.

Note: Have you also had exciting experiences with the 5BL? If so, it would be great if you could send us an anonymized report so that we can publish it in the archive and everyone can benefit from your experiences. Thank you very much!
